Okay, there we are, in the middle of nowhere, at a place, I've never heard of before. And I'm not that innocent what's up to geographical knowledge. But I doubt it, that this is something to become ashamed of. But it is quite interesting indeed, to experience a Heavy Metal concert in this provincial area in the middle of a folk tend festival - including an on and off rainy thunderstorm. It's starting late with a local support group, who are desperately trying to entertain the aprox. 100 fans with coverversion of wellknown songs. Jes.... they certainly have a try, but it rather hurts my ears.  And over all the Youngster got a full length of one and a half  hour to play. Second band is led by a bavarian quite wellknown female singer accomponied by an all girls band, who remind me strongly on all those colourful parrots of Southamerica. Not bad they are... offering a program consisting of some individual tunes and some covers and over all a full lenght Santana reminding solo instrumental. At least the audiance has increased to the double amount in the meantime. - For my part, I will check 'em out again another time in a maybe more intimate club atmosphere. 

Meanwhile it's 10.30 p.m. when the star of the evening enters the stage. Alrighty, - when did I actually see Axxis play live last time? Can't even remember, apart from the acoustic stint 12 months ago in munich. That's why I do not have any comparison to a so called last time. To be honest, the first 45 minutes don't push me outta my shoes, as we say so. But I'm not sure, if the reason is more or less the average situation right now, right here. Or rather the condition of the band today. Thanx god, it's changing later on, and  the rose is opening it's blossom. At least the energy is back now including the usual game of including some female fans into the show. And you can see, the girls do like it. - Bernie our singer is still talking too much, but his charming aura is still overwhelming.

Over all, this performance is definately not their best. But the fans, - in the meantime about 300 - do love it. And that's the most important fact in the end, ain't it. - 
And I do definately not regret, that I came here tonight. I got entertained, thanx to a solid Rock'n'Roll performance, pretty german, but on a highstandard musical level, that's for sure. And last but not least because of Bernie's sex appeal..... - I mentioned that before. 

The only real criticism I've got here: - you did'nt play my favorite tune "Wonderland". Next time please, - and you get a big kiss, - that's for sure....
