I
t doesn't happen very often, but it does. It's the situation, where I stand there  with a live review ot do and I ask myself, what I'm gonna do to judge it in an objectiv way. Because either my fifth sense ain't fit enough for this, or this soft floating of imense tension is simply a number to high for me. It's called Death Metal and it stays for noice-level-critical sound thunderstorm, which is mainly produced by by guitar and drums underlined by a not quite Caruso twittering voice. Jesus Christ.... your dancing leg gets into action and the nicely up done long hair creation gets not stirred but well shaked. And this lasts for more than four hours. What a beautiful piece of art for friends of the posh and neat melodies of Death Metal.

Die Masters of Death, this is in a row for the munich stint: Grave, Unleashed, Entombed and last but not least Dismember. I say for the munich gig, because throughout the tour this lot exchanges itself what's up to playing first or last. I haven't got a clue about the exact system though. But I presume each of them has got the chance to carry the bucket to the spring fountain now and then to get the flowers of a headliner position. I for my part have tried to seperate the differences between those acts. Not easy though getting so much loaded varied power served on a tablet, which trys smoothly to batter the lightness of existence into the braincells of the aprox. 400 fans here.

Number one is coming out of Sweden and do sound not quite as melodic as ABBA or Roxette. And they look like as they have truly just left the graveyard. A big hello from Dario Argentinos Zombies. The band should really thing about the chance to ask the famous italien  horror movie director to employ them for his next film 'Demons From The Graveyard'. I mean a little money extra wouldn't be that bad, would it?!
But at least it is a true pleasure to watch the commitment of these Undeaths from the north to celebrate their mass.
Number Second is Unleashed, also from Sweden, the land of the ultimative Death Metal scene - it seems.

This lot is not a too unknown in the scene and also not to me. I remember them at the last Bang Your Head Festival live on stage, but even more, sitting backstage on the floor  in front of a huge TV Screen watching the worldchampion soccer game Sweden versus Gemany. And the boys were hoping and praying to heaven, or should I better say to hell, that Sweden would win. - They lost and it was the best prove that even Death Metal rockers can spill crocodile tears. I swear, I've seen it myself. I guess, only soccer can manage that. Apart from that - f course putting out the hard guy- image on stage, they gotta take care of. Unleashed follow pretty much the same way like their swedish fellas before, but they got a clearer structure. And you can truly recognize a straight line. Not bad at all unless you don't damn this music completely.

Hey sorry, just to get this straight. I do only say what I feel. And my impressions are always subjectiv to everybody else. But I try hard to stay neutral in my judgement about this style and the performances here. Yep, it does work and goes well down at the audiance. And some of the kids here have such a sparkle in their eyes, as if they are standing underneath a christmastree yet. Stop, it's too early for this yet.
Anyway, Unleashed do their best to transmit their message the right way and just to mention it besides..... for us females is the visual aspect not that unimportant, and this band is definately the most attractive one as well tonight. But on the other hand you can count the female fans on ten fingers here, that#s for sure.

Next one is 'Entombed', also pretty known in the scene with the difference, that we're outta Sweden  now, but back home in our beloved Germany. At least this nitingale here does the announcements in german. Because personally I think there is nothing more rediculous, as if a german act does the talking inbetween songs in american english with a strong accent to sound even cooler. F... off. You can definately sound cool as well when you the talking in your own language in your country. Our singer here is a small guy but he dominates the stage almost completely. Only the fair hair doesn't impress too much while headbanging But who cares. One thins you can clearly figure out. Entombed definately enjoy some kind of home bonus.

Last but not least Dismember, who take the headliner position tongiht, and the surely deserve some entertaining credits thanks to funny comments inbetween, curious body moves and not too serious taken death metallic impressions. Yep, this is exactly how it should be - funny and entertaining. So by doing hard with this musical style  what's up to understanding and compromising, - at least I have a good laugh in the end, and it ain't get boring. Well done Dismember.

One thing I wanna point out in the end, and I did it many times before. Every kind of music has a right to be here, whether it's operas, popsongs or like here Death Metal. You should never damn something, only because you don't like it. I mean, even my favorite band can be shite, if they have a bad day. So what?! Long live Death Metal for everybody who luv's it....
