One question in the very beginning.... Why didn't we know 'till today, that Vince Neil of Mötley Crüe has some relatives in Sweden?! Has he, or has he not?! No rubbish, of course he hasn't....

But when you have a closer look at Jacob, singer and frontman of shootingstars 'The Poodles', then you really start getting spiritual visions, or simply defined, - you ask yourself, whether there is something like recarnation possible. Whereby Jacob's idol is still very much alive. -
But let's stop this, because these here are The Poodles and not Mötley Crüe. Long live Glamrock, though this word rather goes for a certain look and not so much for a musical style. Because I think this are only straight hardrock tunes. And Rockmusic is Rockmusic. You can put the Poodles in one draw with the Backyard Babies or Hardcore Superstar, coming also from Sweden. - But you have to give this band here that much, as it's members are great musicians with a strong background who found themselves for this project.Besides Jacob Samuel, there is Christian Lunquist on drums, Pontus Norgren on guitar, and Ponuts Egberg on Bass. Yep they rock, though it's only for about 30 minutes.

The magic is gonne rather soon for the first supportband of tonight. Two more things I wanna mention. First of all, it is truly great, that this band can manage to lift the audiance into such enthusiasm, which is mainly Jacob's action. And second, - as great as these guys are live on stage, - in the end there is only one result: nothing new, no surprise, but they do it in a sensational great way of acting and playing. So please come back soon again. And next time please with a bit more time..... We want you back, that's for sure....

Second joker tonight are our beloved Swytzerlies (Swiss Guys) named Krokus. And the average limelight is okay inMunich, donÄ't worry. Because on this tour Marc Storace and Co. had to play blind as well on one occassion because of spotlight failure. However Krokus got 45 minutes to play, where the fit in just about their greatest hits. Yes of course you can't develope your full potential within this short time, at least not like in a headlinerset. But like  the Poodles also for Krokus it means mainly - we are in the package, and that's the point to reach an even broughter audiance.

By the way - Audiance! You can feel clearly the vibe and the tendences towards Hammerfall. That's why they actally all came for tongiht. But Krokus don't care about this. They rock the hell out. Marc with his demanding voice so soundalike to AC/DC. Tony wiht his ever  bare breast and lots of Sexappeal (superman says hi) and Mandy with hair all over his face like usal and an excellent guitar performance. My personal favorite tunes are getting played as well - 'Screaming in the Night' and 'Easy Rocker'. - Oh what a drag - time passes to quickly and the magic is gonne before it actually really started. Over all, - like always - it is a solid performance with straight Hardrock and no bombast or  a special eyecatcher (apart from tony of course :-)))
And the kids scream for ......Hammerfall Hammerfal Hammerfall....

For about 30 minutes we've got to be patient, 'till the come on. But there is no big band or explosion like usual. Munich burocrathy has won, and all pyro effects are prohibited and banned from stage. So our city once again is the only on on a rock'n'roll tour where the rules take it's tolls, and also these swedish true metal heads start the set rather innocent. But we've been told, that the fireworks have been banned in Spain as well. So nothing new for Joacim, Oscar, Magnus, Stefan and Anders and they stay cool. We are gonna win anyway is the strategy. And to be honest, - yes they do win.

The venue is crowded, not quite sold out, but slowly getting moving. the famous ping pong effect is starting to move on. The music pushes the fans up to overlevel, and the throw the energy back to the band. And the guys up there get another kick. - No, that's not quite alright, because left and righthandside of the stage, they got some fine little computer-screens, showing some truly hot stuff. And Mr. Bergren and his mates come back here inbetween for a second to get a fresh inspiration. Or should we rather call that a - 'must Have' for image care?!!! In any case we got you. The prove you see underneath. Thank you very much for makeing this experience during a Hammerfall concert. :-))))

There is not much more to say. Hammerfall  win this round again, also without fireworks, but therefore with Threshold a 100% at their fans of swedish metalsounds. And finally everybody is happy and goes home im peace.

                                                                                         Alrighty.... not everybody.....
