Karnevals-tuesday - Partytime in Munich's City right in the middle and over all - "Right Said Fred" live on stage at 4 p.m.
Jes... it makes me thinking , when seeing all those aprox. 1.500 fans gathering round the stage waiting for the  most famous bold heads in popmusic.
Here they are - Fred (Christopher Abbott Bernard Fairbras on guitar and his brother Rich, the sexy frontguy  of the duo. To make the stage view complete, there is also some girl and one boy on guitar and a drummer. Because as I presume, the appearance is held in a half playback because of local technical reasons.

Okay, but let's start  from the beginning. I'm not sure about the reasons for this visit of the english dancefloor popstars. Either it's not that well going anymore, or the whole action is sort of a campaign for the still current album "For Sale". Never mind - they are here right now, and this is great. Rich still knows very well how to move his hips and shows  his sexual tense aura with a very well trained body and brilliant shape. Everything is easy, and he knows how to catch up with the people and connect with them. A bit dry ice makes the atmosphere perfect. Everybody is singing and dancing along.
No I don't think our good old town square - Stachus  has ever experienced something like this. One smashhit after the other , like  „Don’t Talk, Just Kiss“ or ‚Do Ya Feel’ and of course ‚I’m too Sexy’ comes along. And that's what Rich really is, no kiddin'- It's 'Mojive' Time and 'Stand Up' and of course 'Stand Up For The Champions' which even is repeated within the encore of the set.

Yep, I know, every hard rocking dude is killing me for that. But like I always use to say - every kind of music has got it's right to be here. And there is only two kinds of music - good one and bad one. And that's why on this website here, everything is mentioned, what's worth to mention in a positive or negative sense.
And there is another fact about 'Right Said Fred'  and their Party Dance Melodies compared to the hard tunes. There ain't many artists around who have got such a huge sexual aura live on stage like the brothers Fairbrass, and second, they are still pretty much popular in the popmusic world.
And believe me, the boys have sold with their single 'I'm Too Sexy' from 1992 more units, than some rockbands within their entire life. This song went to No.1. in 28 countries and in the US it was the only english hitsingle next to the Beatles who stayed on the pole position for 3 weeks.
Inbetween it became a bit quiet around the band, but for the past few years they are putting out CDs again on a regular base.
Only my favorite song 'Everybody Loves Me' is missing today. But again - never mind.... Right Said Fred were here, and the sexy feeling  and good vibe leaves a longlasting echo. So let's hope, that the boys will be back soon for a full concert again. I'll certainly be there....
