okay, spontainously I'd describe the project Tanzwut like followed: same rap up like Corvus Corax but with different incrediences. Right?!  This is the ultimate alter ego from the middle age topic, which exists since 1999. I'm still not sure about, where to put the guys - in whad kinda draw. But let's name it simply Industrial hardrock.- By the way I hate this sperating into different styles within a style of music. Rockmusic is Rockmusic, sometimes harder sometimes softer, sometimes good, and often bad. But on the other side, I need this definitions to give the readers here an imagination about things. 

I have to admit, after I popped over from the melodic poprocker Paul Carrack just next door (view also Carrack Live Review) to get a clue of both concerts, this here is a fist into your face after the smooth gig before. This here is an erruption of the Popocatepetls. Whereby  we are in Mexico. And there, I've been told so, the popularity of Tanzwut and also Corvus Corax is much higher than over here. But maybe that's because there are so many more people. One concert in Mexicowith 5.000 fans is probably like 500 freaks here in Germany, - and also tonight at the Muffathalle. Surprisingly recently at the Corvus Corax gig there were more than the double amount of fans in the same venue. Maybe that's because every bavarian is out in the beergarden right now, enjoying the beautiful warm weather conditions.

Yes,okay, there is one little change. Castus has quit his job within this band to dedicate more time to his solo project besides Corvus Corax of course. Therefore Jordan Findus is on the treck. And because he's also playing the backpipe in Corvus, it stays all inside the family, doesn't it. 
Schattenreiter is the title of the current album, as you surely all know. We get the offer for that acoustically and visually. First because of all those new songs, and second because of the quickly changing limelights, which is a real challenge for photographers. The fronman Teufel (devil) you recognize immidiately, even you didn't know him yet, - on his hairstyle. Patrick on his right doesn't move a wink in his face  and Wim is the third figure in the frontrow. Hatz is almost too small  get recognized but therefor Norry is drumming all his good ghosts off his vens, also not smiling once. Ardor and Jordan make the rest by test beeing the two exotic Eyecatcher up there on stage. I'm just not quite sure about the new costumes. Some people could get a few wrong thoughts about it. 

 
 Over all you could call a Tanzwut concert a toccato with a lot of fun, which pushes into a labyrinth of all your senses. The sea of dryice underlines the riffs and some Merseburgers. They present themselves as soul keepers on a vulcano and finally the devil is in paradise. Not a lieer, but as a guard with some request out in the fields he plays the doctor of the midnight hour. And never without you the Schattenreiter rides  in the dawn - or not?! Ecstacy is growing into a kingdome beeing supported by a Trumscheit. Yeah - just about, when you take the songtitles (translated here) for a description of the show. Rubbish probably, But to get it straight, Tanzwut are at least hardcore meets electronic, heavy but heartly, individual with a kiss and guitar and trumscheit, - and not to forget Teufe'ls aura and last but not least the most beautiful eyes of the modern middleage.
