Well, I confess, once again, I do miss out two of four bands in hte journalistic way. It's opener Fueled By Fire and Nile, who are playing their shows without me beeing there so early. But at least quite a few fans are already there to check them out at our holy temple of Munich's Heavy metal - the Backstage Werk. And in the end - it is the fans as the end consumers, who are the kings here. And the bands are playing for those and for nobody else.
I myself arrive at the venue, when Morbid Angel are just about to enter the stage here starting off their thunder storm.

Almost unbelievable that this group from sunny Florida is going now for the past 30 years. To get it straight, it was in 1984, when they were christened. Lately Morbid 'Angel haven't really done anything new exept a Remixed version of their 2011 Album ‚Ilud divinum insanus’ - But nowadays it's not that important anymore but rather the touring, which brings in the most money. And getting offered a tour with the almighty Kreator is sort of a joker, so let's go for it. And we enter a journey though 30 years of Mordbid Angel music history. Singer David Vincent and the rest of the gang can manage to get all the Kreator fans here jumping up and warming up for thei heroes. I personally do miss a little the sould within the band's music and an individual touch. But maybe I'm just not enough into it to be able to enjoy the sound cascades completely....

However, take the average party mood in here, so the band has won definately some more points and fans. And it will do them good to polish up their image again....

For Kreator I don't have to tell you much more, I guess.... as they belong to those everlasting institution of german thrashmetal, because they have helped to build up this style together with groups such as Sodom and Destruction.

Well - Kreator are history, and though we don't neccessarely get the impression, that Mille now looks like an
Archaeopteryx. No in fact, he still seems like just 30 something or so...
The magic 13 stands behind the latest release entitled 'Phantom Antichrist'. And that's why they are on tour again....

Promotion is good, vibration is better, as described before within the Morbid Angel review. Only the love towards the band is ten times as big as before and the light winterstorm has developed into a hurricane. Thanks god, Mille doesn't put the main focus onto the new CD, but offers his fans lots of older tunes which made history in Kreator's back catalogue.

From ‚Extreme Aggressions’ over ‚Hordes Of Chaos’until ‚Coma Of Souls’, - we get it and no request stays open.
Oh, before I forget, it's completely sold out here. But be honest, did you expect anything else. Kreator are celebrating a march of triumph as it can't be any better. And I have to say, that despite the heavyness of the music, there is still this special little something, this individuall structure, where you hear from one second to the other - this is Kreator. And so all I've got left to say is: it's been absolutely phantastic again and let's hope, that Mille and his club will be back soon again....
