And
those share the fate of so many other openers, playing in front of a
half empty venue. I myself have missed out most of their show as well, I
have to confess. So I can't tell you much more about that, but only give
you the link to their
Website
for
more information. The second chapter is named Death Before Dishonor, who have actually made themselves a name in the past over here, and also due to 12 years existence and six albums. |
Exept of singer Bryan Harris and guitarist Frankie Puopolo noone else is left from the original line up. But as we say so over here: as long as their is one individual with a certain re-recognizing effect, it is okay. The rest is exchangable. Those New York guys call their music - New School Hardcore - whatever this is. Because as I have mentioned often before, I hate this particular thinking in draws, getting to deeply into details. Let's put it that way, this band here counts groups such as Agnostic Front or Madball to their biggest influences. Meanwhile the reaction of the audiance has become more intensive. And the first war dance of our Munich Sioux indians has been done tonight. The set includes mainly older tracks such as: „Never Again“ and „Break Through It All“. But we also get to hear tracks from the latest release 'Peace And Quiet' from 2010, for instance 'Curl Up And Die' and „Friends Family Forever“ and many other goodies going down smoothly such as Allah's praying towards Mekka. And last but not least we get a very good and sing along punky Cocksparrer cover of 'Boston Belongs To Me', which definately gets glued in our ears and makes us to growl along with the band. Result
is, these boys from across the ocean leave a pretty decent fata morgana.
So hopefully there is soon room to move for yet another trip over here,
exspecially for our next generation of Heavy Metal. |

In the Moshpit a grizzlybaer is raging, battering down everything what's in his way. So entering this dangerzone can only be done under extreme risk of life :-))) But we know that anyway from last time, where stagediving living bullets came constantly flying from the stage into the audiance. Tonight it's not that bad, as the place ain't that much crowded with less pillows to land on. So our internationale Metal athletics have only a restricted possibillity for action. Otherwise it could be pretty painfull by kissing on a rather hard concrete floor. But there are still enough brave warriors left, who don't fear anything by jumping into Area 51 |

The melodic J) flowerbunch is turning out well mixed and even more shaken. Whereby I notice one song in particular, which is 'You're Caught' . This one reminds me so much on a similar tune from Faith No More back in the Eighties. But this tune has got something to it, no doubt about it. Meanwhile the crowd is outta hand. And because there ain't not photopit tonight, the local guardian angels have stopped to interfer into the savage battle. One thing is for sure, if our castle here wasn't built from concrete, it'll drop down as a house of cards. - 'Keepers Of The Faith' is the final amen after an aprox. 60 minutes evenign prayer. |
